Do I have to get a referral from my doctor to see the Dermatologist?
You will need a referral prior to booking if you are a new patient.
You do not need a new referral if you are an existing patient; however, a current referral has its benefits:
You would be able to claim more Medicare rebate towards your consultation cost as per Fees and Payments
The Dermatologist will be up to date in regard to your medical history.
2. Can I make a claim from my private health insurance?
No, as our practice is not a private hospital or day surgery.
You might be able to make a claim if you have overseas travellers or medical insurance.
3. Do you bulk bill?
No. We are a private billing practice.
